Location: Westfield, Cumbernauld, Salary: Up to £12,000 + Bonus
Due to the continued overwhelming expansion of our company, we now require further assistance in our call centre to provide outstanding customer care whilst promoting a professional and caring image of Optical Express to customers. The role includes creating and capitalising on opportunities for the Laser and Retail business, providing accurate information on all current offers, products and services.
You must be able to communicate effectively with Customers, Stores and Associates promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in Customer Focus and have the ability to work well under pressure.
